Blac-N-Bleu Bistro in Roseburg

I love this place! Food is always wonderful, the black haired curly lady is always happy and sweet. Cory (the bartender) is always funny, joyful and make the most amazing drinks!!! Always recommended!!

First time I had ever been there today and it was very pleasant! Good food, good drinks and good customer service! I'll definitely come back for a great Reuben sandwich!

I've been a few times and have tried a variety of menu items. The food is above average. Pretty good. Not amazing ,,,,,but consistently good. The service however is consistently bad. The servers always seem confused....it's never clear who is taking care of you and the only way you will get a second drink is to go to the bar and get it yourself. We waited 40 minutes from when we ordered a burger and pretzel before it arrived and it wasn't even busy. Service is ultimately why we eat out, so probably won't be going back anytime soon. Wish them the best however..cheers

Went on the recommendation of a friend. It wasn't busy, so service was great. View from the windows was interesting in this new building. Have a cup of their homeade clam chowder on Friday, but let me warn you, it's thick and tasty. Good local wine selection, lots of good beers, ciders and cocktails. Try this place at least once.

Had the fish and chips. It was good but the fish was overcooked. One of the best cole slaws I ever had though. I was happily surprised they had Stone IPA on tap. One of my favorite beers in the US. I'll be back and Brandon is good behind the bar.

Excellent food with great service. The menu is pretty varied with a little bit of everything. There are healthy salads right alongside true comfort foods. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes for most plates should be plenty for most people, though there are a couple of orders that might be on the smaller side of what you might expect.Seating is available at short and tall tables, booths, and at the bar. Since there aren't many partitions or obstacles, it can get a little louder when the room is packed, but it never gets bad.

We loved the SW chicken salad & fish tacos. The chief, Victor, went the extra mile for us & our waitress, Mariah, was excellent. Went in the other day & had the best omelette ever!

My favorite place in Roseburg hands down. Food is fresh, ambiance is great. Rivals Seattle and Portland eateries

As always, food and service was impeccable! This establishment is very clean and accommodating.

New owners have changed portions, but not the menu at this point. I will have to report back later as I learn more.

Can be slow, but totally worth the wait! Love the Eggs Benedict!! Very friendly service!

The bistro is the best...love the steakbites and the andoiile sausage and the seafood linguine. Can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Great place! Came in right before they closed and they were super friendly, fast turn around for the food and very delicious. The selections on tap were good and they have rotating taps too with cider and other tasty seasonal brews. Great service and great prices, can't beat that!

Passing throighband stopped in for the first time - really good food and very personable. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys compelled me to say GOOD JOB!

Exceptional breakfast ... had the Vegetarian Omelet... it was perfect... everything that came with it was just right. Crispy hashbrowns, and toast.. my wife had the same.

The setting is pretty laid back, like a high-end bar. The server was nice and attentive. It was my first time trying the "Beyond" Burger that is 100% vegan, but looks and tastes like meat. I thought it was delicious! However the burger comes with mayonaise and cheese... (dairy on a vegan burger?). And my fries were cold :( My boyfriend had a seafood sandwich that he said didn't taste "fresh". Overall it was a decent experience.

Our waitress took 15 minutes to even greet us. After she took our order it took another 45 minutes to get our food. It was mediocre, my fries were slightly burnt and burger was very charred. Honestly, you could have replaced it with coal and I wouldn't have noticed the difference. My girlfriend ordered a medium rare burger and got a equally blackened dry burger. Her onion rings were just as bad. The waitress was very polite and took them both back. However, she returned with almost raw burger. They got the onion rings right at least. Mediocre service and worse food. I've heard good things from friends so this was beyond disappointing. My first and last time here...

Good food, drinks and friendly staff

Service was terrible, hair found in salad (3 ordered did not eat any of them charged for 2), waitress argumentative to point of rudeness. Do not recommend this place.

Good food, nice people. Sweet potato fries with the fry sauce. You'll enjoy it.

Pretty cool little spot. It was my first time to visit, as I'm new to the area. I ordered the crab Benedict. I also upgraded my hash browns to the loaded hash browns. I'm very glad I made that upgrade. They were remarkable! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and my meal. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody seeking a delicious breakfast. Now... I'll have to try lunch sometime soon!

One of the best Meals I have had in a long time.

Love the atmosphere!! Always seems to be busy but never so busy that you feel neglected or forgotten by your waitress! Have been in there for lunch as well as dinner and the service is always top notch!!! Great Food!! Large portions!! Never leave feeling hungry and most times leave with left overs for next days lunch!! More of a dining experience for adults rather than young children as the food is a little more than just cheeseburgers and fries as well as there being a Sports Bar attached... although kids could totally eat there.... I always have the Crab and Bay Shrimp with Avocado and Tomato Sandwich as it is to die for!!! Totally recommend this place!!!

Went in just for drinks, service good. Getting ready for large group of people for supper. Past experiences have been good in past. Excellent food and depending on server, service can be good or very slow. Will visit again and refer.

Always have a lovely meal here. Great selections of local wines. Wish there were a couple more vegetarian options for lunch but I imagine this area is mainly meat eaters. Excellent customer service and tasty food. Win win!

AMAZING

Fish tacos were terribly dry, and they boast homemade blue corn shells but I’d say that’s debatable. The rice served with the tacos was comparable to the microwaveable “uncle bens” pouch rice. The black beans tasted like they were warmed from a can. I can’t comment on the drinks because I didn’t order from the bar. If I was going to describe this place I would say; think dive bar meets diner with simple reheated food type menu items. Nothing special. The service was also mediocre. Server was polite but disappeared for long periods of time without checking back. Roseburg is in dire need of better eating establishments! 😕
